The meat is very well prepared and the onions go without saying, you just have to be patient.
The best tacos de pastor al charcoal and the unmatched sauce!! 100% recommended, the only issue is that there is a long wait when they are full because the service is slow (they are al pastor charcoal) and they take a while to serve!!
This was a very good experience. Meat cooked with charcoal has a unique flavor and the onion place directly into the fire and then shopped on top of the tacos it was delicious. I will remember this tacos for a long time.

I have gotten to eat at many different restaurants around the world, and many of them have been delicious. What makes this a hidden gem is the location and the quality of the food for me. This is a great casual late night place for tacos and a cold beverage. If you aren't looking for fancy, and you are willing to be somewhat patient for your food, I feel that everything is worth it for the food and the atmosphere and experience.

The best charcoal shepherd tacos I've ever had in Querétaro! Good price, attention and as a tip, order everything you will eat in one order, otherwise, you will have to wait for them to finish serving those in line to be served again (which is good why not there is preference and they go in order). NOTE: They take time, be patient (it's worth it) or call and just pick up.
